Ms. Perez graduated from California State University, Fullerton (CSUF) with a Bachelor of Arts in Criminal Justice (BA) degree in 2007. She went on to become an Investigator with the Orange County Public Defender’s Office in the Investigations Department. In 2012, she moved to Mexico City, Mexico to become an Investigator with the Department of State in the U.S. Embassy where she was involved in numerous special, sensitive and high-level investigations and participated in surveillance activities. Since then, Ms. Perez has successfully completed an Intensive Special Investigator Training with the U.S. Department of State in Washington, D.C.

    Mr. Weithers comes to the CPCC with years of investigative experience, including work in the private sector where he assisted with investigative and security contracts for local, state, and federal agencies. He gained knowledge of law enforcement procedures and practices in Prince William County, Virginia. In 2014, he returned to Southern California and began working with sustainable energy companies in investigating various code violations of residential and commercial properties. Mr. Weithers has a Bachelor of Science degree (BS) in Criminal Justice from California State University, Los Angeles (CSULA). He has volunteered through various community-based initiatives to improve quality of life and safety.
