About Legistar InSite 2.0 Legistar InSite 2.0 provides detailed information about City Council and City Council Standing Committee meetings, agendas, minutes, videos (live and archived), ordinances, resolutions, motions, and briefings.  The City Council meets each Tuesday at 5:00 P.M. in the City Hall Council Chamber, unless the meeting is cancelled by the Mayor and City Council.
