Background and Experience
Victoria A. Silcox is a Deputy City Attorney who represents the City of Long Beach and its employees in civil actions including employment law matters, premise liability claims and alleged violations of the ADA.
Ms. Silcox is an experienced litigator who has spent the majority of her career defending individuals and businesses against a variety of tort claims.
Ms. Silcox has been admitted to practice in California, New York and Texas. She is admitted to practice in the United States District Court for the Central and Southern Districts of California. She is a member of the Southern California Defense Counsel and the UCLA Alumni Association.
Ms. Silcox graduated from UCLA with a B.A. in English. She received her J.D. from Whittier Law where she was a member of Phi Alpha Delta law fraternity.
