Background and Experience
After spending a year working on early childhood policy in our nation's capital, Mrs. Corry returned to school to pursue a law degree. Before coming to the City of Long Beach, Mrs. Corry worked as a volunteer attorney for the Los Angeles City Attorney's Office, Police Employment Litigation division. In her third year of practice, her work for the City is primarily on premises liability matters. She also assists in the areas of excessive force, employment, and ADA compliance.
Mrs. Corry is admitted to practice before all the Courts in the State of California, the US District Court, Central District of California, and the 9th Circuit Court of Appeals.
Mrs. Corry graduated from Stanford University with degrees in Political Science and Sociology with honors and a graduate of the UCLA School of Law.
