The following information helps the Noise Abatement staff to investigate your complaint and identifify the particular aircraft.

• Time of the disturbance – as accurate as possible
• The type of aircraft if discernable: jet, propeller plane, helicopter, etc.
• Your complete address including zip code
• Your telephone number
