Living trusts are a popular choice because the terms of a living trust, unlike a will, can be put into effect immediately upon your death, bypassing probate and keeping the terms private.
Giving real estate is a way to further our work and at the same time provide you with substantial tax benefits. A gift of a house, vacation home, office building, undeveloped land or other marketable property is a great way to help the animals. You may select a way to give, that best suits your needs. Of course, there are substantial tax benefits no matter how you choose to give real estate.
