The City of Long Beach ANIMAL CARE SERVICES' receives many requests regarding ways to volunteer to help the animals at our shelter. Currently, Animal Care Services DOES NOT have a volunteer program, though the spcaLA which shares our facility, does have an excellent volunteer program.
