Join Councilmember Austin, the Long Beach Office of Sustainability and non-profit Global Green USA for a community workshop on a future vision for the Market Street corridor and surrounding community.
At this workshop, Global Green staff will present the findings of a two day assessment of the Market Street corridor from the Los Angeles River to Atlantic Avenue and the surrounding community. This assessment is the result of a U.S. Environmental Protection (EPA) Office of Sustainable Communities grant that Long Beach received to assist the City with sustainable neighborhood planning.
Community members will have the opportunity to provide input on what enhancements to the Market Street community they would like to see in the future. For more information, please call 562-570-6685 or email email@example.com.
